In her hospitality management role, she continually focused on customer requirements and customer satisfaction. Ingrid also has owned an international recruiting agency, which has supplied many American families with qualified nannies from European countries. With this experience, she has learned to deliver a responsive and dependable service while providing the personal touch of a small company. Ingrid has also worked as a ski instructor in Austria, Australia and the United States. Ultimately, the joy of skiing brought her and her family to Park City, where she built PC Vacation Home Management to help home owners take care of their property and reduce the headaches of second home ownership.
